Oxford Station

Brue Capital Partners in partnership with Littleton Capital Partners to develop OXFORD STATION.  This transit-oriented development located at 1366 W. Oxford Ave., Englewood, Colorado sits on a 3.5-acre parcel of land.  There were three existing industrial buildings, two of which will be demolished and redeveloped into approximately 238 apartments units, while the third existing industrial building is a 9,400 square foot 1920’s vintage bowstring truss building that will house a portion of the apartment complex amenity space as well as 7,800 square foot for-lease commercial retail space. This project is located immediately adjacent to the Oxford light rail station platform along the Denver’s Southwest Light Rail Line.
