How It Came To Be:

The FROST CREEK - formally Adam's Rib Ranch - offering package came across Chad Brue's desk in the Fall of 2014. Sparking his curiosity more than anything, Brue was surprise to hear that only a few groups were actually going to make a bid on the offering. Quickly realized the potential of this mountain golf course community and working ranch property. Brue Capital Partners took a chance and went under contact in December of 2014 and closed in late March of 2015 - an impressive feat to say the least. 

Implementing a rebranding and repositioning strategy and acting some simple changes has this Golf Course community and Land Deal reaching untapped potential. In just a few months into ownership, we've really shaken things up!
