Brue Capital Partners purchase 29.65 acres of improved land in Eagle County, Colorado. The Town of Eagle, Colorado is located in the lower Vail Valley approximately 30 miles west of Vail, 30 miles east of Glenwood Springs, and 125 miles west of Denver. The JHY Parcel is located just outside of the Town of Eagle, and is situated between the two major Eagle thoroughfares of U.S. Highway 6 and Sylvan Lake Road. This is approximately two miles to the southwest of downtown Eagle and three miles east of the Eagle County Regional Airport and the Town of Gypsum. Most importantly this site is only 7.5 miles from our Frost Creek Acquisition.
