  • 50 units and above
  • 1970’s and 1980’s construction
  • Prefer properties with deferred maintenance, high vacancies and/or environmental problems
  • Denver Metro Area with a focus West of I-25

 

Industrial Building Acquisition Guidelines

  • 10,000 SF – 50,000 SF
  • High Power preferred
  • 1970’s and 1980’s construction
  • Prefer properties with high vacancy and/or completely vacant
  • Located throughout Denver Metro Area with a focus on City and County of Denver

 

Office Building Acquisition Guidelines

  • 25,000 SF – 100,000 SF
  • 1980’s and 1990’s construction
  • Prefer properties with deferred maintenance, high vacancies and/or environmental problems
  • Denver Metro Area
